Flexible Follow Up

After the initial in-person evaluation, many visits can be completed virtually, allowing psychiatric support to fit naturally into busy schedules.

Pricing & Insurance

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation | 90 minutes – $230

A comprehensive, in-person appointment focused on understanding history, symptoms, and goals.

Follow-Up Visit | 30 minutes – $130

Ongoing appointments focused on progress, medication adjustments, and continued support. Virtual visits are available after the first in-person visit when appropriate.

Medication Refill Visit | 15 minutes – $85

Brief check-ins for established patients who are stable and need a refill or short review.

Tide Health currently accepts the following insurances

  • Aetna

  • Cigna

Patients using other insurance plans are welcome to receive care through self-pay. A superbill can be provided upon request so patients may submit it to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Payment is due at the time of service. Patients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly to understand their benefits and reimbursement options.
