  • Tide Health is a good fit for individuals seeking outpatient psychiatric support with a focus on medication management and steady follow-up. Services are available for high school–aged teens and adults.

    Primary areas of focus include ADHD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), and Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), with additional support for postpartum and perinatal concerns, PMDD, mood disorders, and related challenges.

  • The first visit is a 90-minute, in-person psychiatric evaluation. This appointment allows time to understand your history, current concerns, and goals, and to create a clear plan moving forward. Appointments are paced and designed to feel calm and thorough.

  • Yes. After the initial in-person evaluation, many follow-up visits may be completed virtually when clinically appropriate. This allows care to fit more easily into daily life.

  • Tide Health currently accepts Aetna and Cigna insurance plans. All other plans are self-pay. A superbill can be provided upon request so patients may submit it to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
